Hailing from Sydney’s South-West, the Indie-pop artist and songwriter is a masterful storyteller through music. With a seamless blend of heartfelt lyrics and captivating melodies, providing a sonic journey through the emotional landscapes of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. Her new track “Are You Really Worth It”, a collaboration with friend and fellow pop-artist JËVA is out on the 26th of October 2023.
Guided by an alluring acoustic guitar, “Are You Really Worth It” is the mental pro and con list you draw up as your relationship begins to fall apart. Produced by Taka Perry, Nicole sat on the song for over two years unable to finish it, This is until she met JËVA at a song-writing camp where they bonded over the love of similar music and a beautiful track was born.
Recently Nicole has been making her mark in the song-writing circuit being a part of APRA AMCOS’ famous SONGHUBS at SOUND WEST conference (Curated by L-FRESH the LION) and Co-Writing ‘Mess You Made’ by Isadora which made viral waves on TikTok.
Nicole is known for being a longstanding champion of Australian pop music, co-founding ‘Tall Pop’ a pop-centred radio show and movement pushing attention to pop music that is ‘More than the mainstream’
